Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Policy
At Carrier Partner, we provide professional trucking compliance services, digital administrative tools, and specialized micro-services. Because our services involve immediate labor, filing, and access to proprietary digital systems, all sales are final.
- No Refunds.
- Micro-services: Fees for one-time services (e.g., specific file creation, one-off filings, or consultations) are non-refundable once the order is placed.
- Subscription Fees: No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service or for periods where a subscription was active but unused.
3. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your Carrier Partner admin area or by contacting our support team.
- Effective Date of Cancellation: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Access to Services: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your admin portal and services through the remainder of your paid term.
- Future Charges: Once a cancellation is processed, you will not be charged for the following billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining days in your final month.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We prefer to work with our clients to resolve any billing issues directly. By using our services, you agree to contact Carrier Partner support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your admin account and compliance services.
5. Service Modifications
Carrier Partner reserves the right to modify or terminate services for any user who violates our Terms of Service. In the event of a service termination due to a policy violation, no refunds will be provided.
